Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer one of the following options:

Returns

To refund or exchange, at the price purchased, any item returned in a saleable condition with a receipt within 28 days of purchase. Please use the original packaging and enclose all documentation including your receipt and a note giving the reason for the return.

Please note that our gift vouchers are a non-refundable item.

Faulty Goods

If the item is faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Refund will be made to the card used at time of order.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because we have made an error, we will refund the postage. Otherwise, you will be responsible for such costs.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We well also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you have any queries in regards to the refund, please contact us at sioporielmonshop@ynysmon.gov.uk. 

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us on sioporielmonshop@ynysmon.gov.uk   and return the item to:
